The plan covers 4 days and 3 nights with 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts (vegetarian), all sightseeing and transfers, and return Volvo tickets — everything a quick Himalayan reset needs.

Itinerary Breakdown

Report at the designated pickup point in Delhi and board the Volvo bus for Manali. Enjoy the overnight journey through the scenic Himalayan route. Overnight in the Volvo bus.

Arrive in Manali in the morning; our driver picks you up from the Volvo station and transfers you to the hotel for check-in. After breakfast and freshening up, proceed for Manali local sightseeing covering Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Temple, Manu Temple and Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

After breakfast, check out and begin the scenic journey towards Chandratal Lake, driving through the beautiful Lahaul Valley via the Atal Tunnel. Reach Chandratal Lake, enjoy the serene surroundings and stunning views, then check in to the campsite. Dinner under the Himalayan sky and overnight at the Chandratal Lake campsite.

After breakfast at the campsite, check out and drive back through the landscapes of Lahaul Valley to Manali. Get dropped at the Volvo bus station and board your bus for the onward journey with sweet memories of the Manali–Chandratal adventure.

  • Any cost arising from natural calamities, landslides or road blocks (payable on the spot)
  • Damage to the bike (except engine damage) or riding gear — biking options
  • Any medical or evacuation expenses

Notes

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure (booking amount non-refundable); fees of 10% (59–45 days), 25% (44–30 days), 50% (29–15 days), 75% (15–8 days) and 100% (within 7 days) apply thereafter.
  • 60% of the trip cost must be paid at least 60 days before the trip starts.
  • Prices are per person and vary by mode: seat in cab/SUV/Tempo Traveller, dual rider, solo 500cc, Himalayan 411 (solo/pillion) or bring-your-own-bike (fuel excluded).
  • Biking options carry a fully refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 (Classic/Std) or ₹10,000 (Himalayan); a luggage backup vehicle runs with groups of 10+.
  • Day 1 is for acclimatisation — stay hydrated and avoid exertion; nights are very cold and mobile network/electricity are limited in Nubra, Pangong and Hanle.
  • No refunds for services affected by weather, landslides, road blocks or force majeure; trips called off before departure due to natural calamity earn a travel voucher valid 365 days.
