Communications: messages exchanged with us over WhatsApp, email, or phone, retained so our team can pick up conversations where they left off.

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies to keep forms and bookings working, plus privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; booking flows will continue to work.

Data Security & Retention

Your data is stored on secured systems with restricted, role-based access, and ID documents shared for permits are deleted once the relevant trip concludes. Booking records are retained as required by law; marketing preferences can be changed any time by messaging us.
