Terms and Conditions

These terms govern all bookings and services provided by Him Journey Tours. By confirming a booking you accept these terms in full.

Bookings & Payments

• A trip is confirmed only after the booking deposit (typically 20% of the trip cost) is received.
• The remaining balance is due before the departure date communicated on your invoice.
• Zero-cost EMI options, where available, are subject to the policies of our finance partners.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling on group trips is available up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability.
• Cancellations within the grace window receive a travel voucher valid for 12 months.
• Trips disrupted by natural calamities, roadblocks, or government restrictions will be rerouted or rescheduled; no refunds apply for missed services in such cases.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers must carry valid government ID, follow the trip captain’s instructions, and respect local customs and the environment. Him Journey Tours may decline participation to anyone endangering group safety, without refund.

Liability

We act as an organizer coordinating hotels, transport, and activities. While we verify all partners, we are not liable for losses caused by third-party service failures, weather, or force majeure events. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version published on this page applies to new bookings.
